How to become a macompta.fr shareholder?
There are 3 different ways to buy shares :
Open a share account with CIC, which manages our shareholder register
The shares are registered with the Company and managed by CIC which acts as macompta.fr’s registrar.
Avantage of holding direct registered shares? You are known to macompta.fr, which makes it easier for us to send you notices and preparatory documents for the Annual General Meetings, distribute dividends, offer shareholder benefits, etc.
Please note, however, that direct registered shares cannot be included in a share savings plan (PEA).
To open an account with CIC :

Opening a share account is free of charge. There are no custody fees. Buying and selling transactions are subject to commissions (see table at the end of this page).
Ask your financial intermediary to convert your share account into an intermediary registered shares
In this case, your orders are placed through your usual share account. The advantage of this solution? You do not have to open an account with each listed company you hold shares in. You hold a single account with a financial intermediary. Macompta.fr can access certain information about you, simplifying communication.
Buy bearer shares from your financial intermediary
This allows you to consolidate your shares in a single share account or PEA, which is held by your financial intermediary.
Please note that with this type of holding, you are not known to macompta.fr, which can therefore neither send you information nor personally invite you to the Annual General Meetings. You should therefore regularly consult the information published on our Investors site.
